R. Tary KettlePresident and CEO Tary Kettle, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterLink Club Services, Inc., has been involved in every phase of the golf and club industry during the past 20 years. Kettle has been exposed to the golf and club industry since a young age, growing a closely held private business into one of the country's leading golf and private club management firms. Under Mr. Kettle's direction, MasterLink has established a niche in the Florida market as a total solution provider and has expanded with managed and consulted properties throughout the eastern United States. Mr. Kettle, a frequent speaker at golf and club conferences nationally, has developed strategic associations with individuals, and companies in the industry that in turn allowed him to expand MasterLink's base of turnkey services. He started a unique staffing division three years ago to accommodate the growing staffing needs of the club and hospitality industry. Mr. Kettle has been directly involved in the acquisition or disposition of over 20 golf or club properties during the past decade. The present MasterLink properties include daily fee, semi-private and private clubs in addition to yacht club facilities. Another division, MasterLink Realty, consults on the acquisition of facilities for ownership. Mr. Kettle is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, Mortgage and Real Estate Broker in Florida, a Certified Association Manager and an Instrument Rated Pilot, both single and multiengine. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Rollins College, a Masters Degree in Public Accounting from the University of Miami (Fla.) and has participated in the Executive Education Program at The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kettle, prior to entering the golf and club industry, was formerly with the international consulting firm Deloitte-Touché, serving as a manager with responsibilities including audit, special business consulting, merger and acquisition services.
Bryan BittikerVice President Golf and Club Operations Bryan brings over 15 years of golf and club management to Masterlink's management team. His experience, developed in leading facilities on the east and west coasts of Florida, is in every facet of the golf and club business. Bryan serves as a Vice President of Golf and Club Operations for Masterlink. In addition, Bryan oversees the operations of certain Masterlink managed properties including El Diablo Golf & C.C. in Citrus Springs, Florida. El Diablo was selected by Golf Digest as the best new affordable golf course in America the year it opened and remains a top rated golf course in Florida.
Bryan has a wide based skill set with golf and club management expertise, supplemented with extensive computer technology. His technology background includes building and maintaining websites, software and hardware networking, building specialized programs and working with the latest software from the view of an end user and programmer. He brings a special combination of technology, management and passion for superior customer service to the Masterlink management team.
Lynne M. FrankosVice President of Finance/Controller
Lynne serves as controller with an impressive career
in accounting and financial management. Lynne is responsible for implementing financial policy and managing the financial information for all MasterLink-managed facilities. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.
Joanne JohnsonAccounting Coordinator
Joanne joined the Masterlink team in 2002 and serves as assistant to Controller, Lynne Frankos. She has over ten years experience in accounting, and extensive computer experience.
John GravelyGolf Operations Manager - Oak Hills
Bringing over twenty years of successful golf course management and construction experience to the MasterLink team. John has an extensive background in the management of golf facilities and is involved in the management and operation of Masterlink Club Services, Inc.
David KemptonSenior Marketing Consultant
Dave joins the Masterlink Management Team with 35 years of marketing/public relations experience primarily in the golf and sports industries. His understanding and knowledge of clients' objectives and his awareness of the Club environment will further establish MasterLink's reputation as a full service provider in the Club market. Dave strengthens MasterLink's marketing arm by building solid media relationships on a regional and national level thus positioning the company as a "leader" in Club Management. Dave will author company and client newsletters, brochures, press releases, and collateral materials for MasterLink's seminar presentations.
